PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

• All items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

• Production & Shipping Time: Orders take 2–4 weeks to be customized and shipped.

• I do not guarantee an exact date unless you choose to place a Rush Order.

• Rush Orders: A rush order option is available for a $50 fee, which moves your order to be completed within 1–2 weeks.

• Overnight shipping is an option, which can range from $35-$50.

• Flat rate shipping is $12, and can take up to 4 business days.

• Response Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for any replies. I am a one-woman team handling multiple orders daily.

• Mockups: A mockup of your custom will be sent to you for approval within 3-5 days after placing your order.
