PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

• All items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

• Production & Shipping Time: Orders take 2–4 weeks to be customized and shipped. I do not guarantee an exact date even if it may be within this timeframe unless you choose to place a Rush Order.

• Rush Orders: A rush order option is available for a $50 fee, which moves your order to be completed within 1–2 weeks. If overnight shipping is required, an additional $35–$50 may apply.

• Response Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for any replies. I am a one-woman team handling multiple orders daily.

• Mockups: A mockup of your custom will be sent to you for approval within 3-5 days after paying the deposit . Please review carefully before approving—this is what I follow to create your piece. Any mistakes made based on an approved mockup (including typos or incorrect details) will incur a correction fee up to $50.
